1. Acceptance

By accessing this portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. This portal is provided by ZD Jasper Realty LLC ("Company") for internal business use only. Access is limited to authorized Company employees and personnel.

2. Authorized Use

This portal is for business use on behalf of the Company. You may use it to submit daily logs, upload project photos, review project records, and perform other tasks related to your role. You may not use the portal for any personal, commercial, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Content You Submit

All content submitted through the portal — including daily log entries, photos, notes, and other records — is Company property and may be used for project documentation, regulatory compliance, and internal records. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

5. Consent to Automated Communications

By using this portal, you expressly consent to receive automated electronic messages from ZD Jasper Realty LLC as part of the portal's operation. This includes but is not limited to: account setup and invitation emails, password reset notifications, daily log distribution emails sent automatically upon submission, and system alerts or notices. These messages are transactional and operational — they are a necessary part of using the portal and cannot be individually opted out of while your account remains active.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your credentials with any other person
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
• Upload content that is false, defamatory, or unrelated to Company business
• Interfere with or disrupt the portal or its underlying infrastructure

7. Termination

The Company may revoke your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the portal ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer

The portal is provided "as is." The Company makes no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company is not liable for data loss resulting from system failures or user error.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
